Art in the Park - Student Volunteers

The Village of Brooklyn Heights is looking for numerous volunteers for our 2024 Summer Art in the Park Program. Have fun and earn community service hours!

High school volunteers are needed to assist with:

- set up and take down (when necessary)
- supervise and assist children with crafts and activities
- supervise small group of children on field trips

We do allow a few students who are 13-14 years old (just entering high school) as junior volunteers. They will do all of the above tasks with the exception of supervising a group of children on field trips. They can assist an older student volunteer on field trips if space allows. They are welcome at every session held at the park and community center!

Students from Cuyahoga Heights High School and other local high schools are welcome!

All student volunteers will need to:
- complete the Student Volunteer Waiver and submit it at the June 7th meeting or on the first day of the program
- create an account on the MyRec site the first year of volunteering
